Free time

During our free time we practice a regular sporting activity in the sports hall of Ben Dunne Gyms located at Jervis street at 5 min walk from our university.

The sport hall

Ben Dunne Gyms is an Irish chain of Gyms, with nine locations in Ireland and the UK. The company was founded in June 1997 when they opened their first gym in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

A typical Ben Dunne Gym has facilities such as freeweights, resistance machines, CV machines and functional training zones. They also offer a range of group classes free to members and Personal Trainers at additional cost.

We had also activity such as going to the movies or going out to bars to watch sports events such as rugby matches or the football match.

The living room

The Living Room is located just off O’Connell street & is one of Dublin’s most famous sports and party bars.

Voted Sky Sports Bar of the year 2016 you can watch your favourite sport live on 3D screens and watch big games on Europe’s largest outdoor screen in their award winning beer garden. It’s the closest you can get to being there live and enjoy the famous atmosphere with others from all over the world.
